With nearly a decade of frontline experience in healthcare and a strong foundation in legal advisory services, she brings a unique perspective to complex legal and compliance issues in tech-driven environments. She joins Axmed this summer as a Commercial Legal Associate, where she offers cross-functional legal support, contract management and risk awareness. Certified as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and serving as the legal and IT compliance lead at CordTree, Adobea is committed to becoming a well-rounded legal professional in tech, helping organisations meet their business goals while navigating risk responsibly. She also served as a Legal Associate at Bawaa Law Consult, a boutique law firm in the bustling city of Accra. A creative at heart, Adobea enjoys content creation and videography with which she has partnered both local and global beauty brands like Paula’s Choice, Fresh Beauty, Lebenam Skin and The Inkeylist. She often blends this creativity into how she communicates, solves problems, and tells compelling stories through her work. Ángel is an experienced Senior Back-End Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and architecting robust and reliable systems. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in leading engineering teams and driving complex technical projects to success, combining strong leadership abilities with hands-on development. His professional journey spans industries such as fintech and healthcare, where he has consistently delivered innovative and tailored solutions. Deeply passionate about Python programming, clean and maintainable code, and fostering a DevOps culture that prioritizes collaboration, efficiency, and automation. Aims to be a driving force within start-ups, helping them build secure, scalable, and high-performance systems that excel across the entire development lifecycle. With a particular focus on data architecture and management, tries his best to ensure that every project he touches is optimized for both current demands and future growth.

Anusha is a meticulous task driven professional with +10 years of administrative and project experience in managing C-Suites Executives. With a strong background in office management and administrative support which she gained whilst at GlaxoSmithKline, PepsiCo and Novartis. At Novartis she has supported and collaborated across Sub-Sahara Africa. Anusha has a proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Her professionalism and proactive approach, attention to detail, managing complex schedules and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments make her an essential partner to C-level leaders to ensure they can focus on strategic objectives and decision-making.

Byeronie is a dynamic and innovative leader, deeply passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex global challenges with a focus on healthcare. She grew up in South Africa, where she confronted firsthand the limitations of the healthcare system, unreliable electricity, and unsafe public transport. These early experiences ignited her determination to make a difference and build companies that can create a positive impact. Her unique ability to "think differently" and her relentless focus on solutions have established her as a formidable leader, always pushing boundaries and seeking growth.

Byeronie co-founded and served as COO of Deep Medical Therapeutics, a digital healthcare company, and Docotela, a telemedicine platform in South Africa. Both ventures aimed to make primary healthcare more affordable and accessible through digital solutions and clinic facilities. Under her strategic leadership, they achieved product profit margins of 30-60%, a 113% monthly sales increase over 11 months, and an 18-fold return on the founders' initial investment within six months.

Her career also includes roles as a process engineer and global project manager. Byeronie has been the liaison to the World Bank and spearheaded sustainability projects across five continents, collaborating with over 60 multinationals and managing partners who collectively generated annual revenues exceeding $2 trillion. Throughout her career, Byeronie has raised approximately $4.9 million in combined investments for various initiatives. Byeronie holds a master’s degree in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town. In her spare time, she embraces adventure, whether riding reindeer or horses in outer Mongolia, climbing Kilimanjaro, or kitesurfing along the Kenyan coast.

Before that, he was dedicated to solve problems in different Customer Operations positions.
